About Contacting Us
The best way to get in contact with us and the fastest way to get a response is to email us. We are in surgery the majority of the time and to keep costs low we do not employ receptionists, since we are only open to the public on a part-time basis. We try to check our email during breaks, and while we might have a minute or two to respond to emails, we can’t take the time to make phone calls when animals are under anesthesia.
Once you have a confirmed surgery appointment we will give you a contact number. If we are available we will answer the phone, but unless it is regarding an urgent situation (like a blocked cat), it could be 48 hours before we get back to you. Our website is always available to answer general questions you may have!
